CNC Bending
CNC Bending is a manufacturing process that is carried out by a CNC press brake. In a press brake, the top beam is called ram is fitted with punch and the bottom beam is clamped with a die usually of V shape. The size and shape of the punch and die depends on the type of material, thickness of sheets or plates that need to be bend and the geometry of the part involved. The size of the bottom V opening dimension determines the capacity of the press brake required and V opening in turn is determined by the thickness of the material that is being processed. We have both Servo Electric & Hydraulic type press brake with CNC controlled back gauges that helps in producing parts with tight tolerance and precise shapes and is capable to handle parts that are up to 4 m long and those require a punch force of up to 300 Ton.
